Vince it has a lovely soundtrack, better than it's bigger brother I think. And sure does attract attention especially as people were looking at it through Reigate this morning. Chris thanks for the sweet it went down lovely with the coffee. Paul on the KTM was a nice chap with great information on low frequency radiation and cancer!!!
Yep, he had much to say on too much electronics radiating from beneath our seats. Here's the stuff he had taped under his seat.. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu-metal
Pete, not sure if it was the sound of it or the fact it stands out like a sore thumb with bright red wheels lol. Ducati does seem to have gone back to their original soundtrack though the 848 & the 848 evo was very high pitched compared to previous Ducs. the 899 standard sounds better than my evo with full Termi;s on. Sorry I wasnt up there for longer but only had bike for a short while and wanted to get some mileage done.
Yes.................................................. But you have to keep it quiet due to Mervyns sensitive nature.
You can't ride a brand, spanking new 899 in and remain incognito for long Vince There was some c**e over Satzoomer but Chris isn't sure it'll last until next month
any of the boxhill peeps doing wandsworth tomorrow night??????? I am meeting a few others, and leaving Charrington bowl A3 at 19:00
Anyone about this morning? It's sunny as Venus so that's a start. I'm a bit jet lagged and keen to bore people with details of my travels. I'll probably head to Box at some point, flexible on times.
Blimey he lives....... see he did not desert us, those pesky Hardly Dividends are no substitute for real bikes!!! I have the Kids all weekend Rob so cannot get out. Enjoy the nice but Crisp weather!
ok and be aware we've been rumbled... Quote:- "Would any of this bollox talk be useful at Boxhill please?"
I'll be there about 12:20 to hear Rob's tales and arrange when he will loan me the new KTM 1290 for a week
