It was good of you to show us the advanced LED stop light & indicators on your Ducati Aircon. I suspect they may become the norm in time. I was shown a rear facing cycle laser later at Box which also aided visibility but it was a push bike thing. See Red laser lines in shot. View attachment 21906 I finally vacated the Hill at 6.30 .
Like others, stuck behind a desk working all week One day we'll go over Bury Hill & grab a coffee at Foundry Motorcycles. http://www.foundrymotorcycle.co.uk/wp/about-foundry-motorcycle/ More local to Box Hill but perhaps more family orientated is Tan House. Nice food & hard gravel car park should be ok for bike stands. And decent coffee http://www.tanhousefarmshop.co.uk
Yes, meeting Chris between 10.30 & 11am for a ride south. Aim is to visit Foundry MC before looping back via Bury H possibly? Gets dark early hence the slightly earlier timing.
The chat at Box H was all about loft & cavity wall insulation but I could have done with some down my leathers after that outing! But the cold was sorted with a hot coffee at Foundry MC anyway. Nice to get a workshop tour thrown in too Now, why won't it let me upload a few shots?
Stopped for Coffee with Peter at Box on way home and learnt all about the local wildlife.. Left heated grips on by mistake (inevitable) but battery good for a start. Good day out you 3 - much enjoyed
Great ride out today Guys, even though the sun was very low this morning, still quite chilly but worth it. Good idea Stuart to visit that bike builder and coffee was pretty good if not a little slow to arrive!! Well I can sleep at night now knowing that my loft insulation is ok. Chris it was interesting to speak with Karen at Rykas regarding the weird people, and I had to ride home with my visor up as I couls see nothing through my tinted lens!!!!! Bloody cold
