Took the diesel out today, sorry @Torquepen it was a 3.5ton, not a bike. Met @CRYSTALJOHN and @Cupid Stunt at box then again at White ways cafe, Bury Hill. Had a spot of lunch near Bognor with Mrs Aircon. Hope you guys all made it back before the storm hit. Despite being empty the van made a poor 30.1mpg and not the 44mpg ultra urban cycle as promised. With just 239miles on the clock we had a great day pretending to be pikeys. The only 15 plate we saw all day...got to keep up with the Jones's.
I am sure you were stalking us, Mrs Aircon liked my bike so she is a top notch person in my books, not like the bloke that said I should put my fluid pots back to the standard plastic ones as they look better
Sorry to burst your bubble Vince. She was gobsmacked that there was more than one person (me) that changes every cover, nut n bolt, etc for bling and carbon. She thought I was special. Your bike looks awesome and I hate to admit it, but even better than red, but only on this occasion.
Cheers for that, won't be changing anymore bits on it though as it would end up just looking tacky. Next time I wil be out on the streetfighter though as it needs a good run out
Yes Finn a few newbie bikers, the training school I help are doing CBT for £80 at the moment and seeing around 20 candidates a weekend which is good as quite a few go on tondo direct access
Loonies now for a BLT maybe Bogs I'll later. If I survive the muddy roads. It's quite "technical" out here today :/
Each to their own mate, if we all liked exactly the same thing every bike on the road would all look the same then where would we express our individuality ? People knock mine I don't give a monkeys.
