P&H is where I got the bike so that's not far. When they're finally done fixing it we'll be hot to trot. I think they must be regretting the 12 month warranty they gave me
I wouldn't have got the bike without warranty. I've had it about 1.5 months and it's had a full engine rebuild, new cams, pulleys, heads, rockers etc... Now I've had it back a week and the fork is peeing all over itself. Would have all been very expensive had it been on my head.
P&H are the mutts nuts at fucking up forks just ask @PeterT they managed to nearly push his patience with an Ohlins set he bought apart from that be good to see ya buddy
1.5 months if have sent it back by now and bought a ZZR 1400 just like I did when I got rid of my 62 plate MTS
Surely they can't bugger up a fork seal and a little oil top up... Can they? They originally said mid June when I reported it today but luckily I have my throttle recall booked for Saturday (1400) and I've told them to sort the fork then. They don't have a Ducati tech in but a fork is a fork... Unless it's a spork
Got a seal mate arriving today to find out, then hopefully they'll just top the fork oil up while it's in for the throttle recall
Don't forget to drop in and see Stuart if you're passing this weekend The Big Knock Diesel Motorcycle Rally 29th - 31st May | Ducati Forum
I'm out tomorrow Chris I might have well been on a 50cc bike last Monday as it took me hours to get to Wessons.
