I was told never to sign anything with my postcode and address on it because that's all the info any salesperson needs to sign you up to anything I fell into the trap of having my energy supplier being changed after I had said no I certainly don't give anyone my bank details either If your asked for details and you fill in any forms then decide it's not for you make sure they shred all the paper in front of you so your details are destroyed
