  2. Thanks, the Merckx is not necessarily the best but is a great frameset. DiBernadi also, i have a DiBernadi track road warrior that was similar to, but not as good as, the Cannondale Track and at a third of the price. But in riding both I was able to discern much of a diff.

  3. No refunds for this years Velo Brum, unless they changed their policy reckon it’s 3 mill the organisers have trousered.

  4. Ouch! I would have been taking part if it wasn’t for emigrating......at some point! Should have been 17th May but looks like Aussie border will still be closed :-(

  7. La vie clare, love that design.

  8. Merci, picked up the seat in Japan last year there, then made a corresponding Mondrian decal for the HED disc and had the Spynergy lying around.

  9. Had a set of Spyns when I first got into triathlon, they were just going up in value last I looked.

  10. Kind of, but they still have the Death Trap hanging over them.
When I competed i had a front one break at speed, never used them again for anything other than show.

  17. It's a great way to keep fit, for those who don't enjoy running, find it too hard or painful. And also good for training your body to use fat and not sugar (if interested) and lowering heart rates.

  18. Nice cycles - only slightly envious! I've run more miles than I rode the ZX6R in past years. The 848 may change that - eventually.

  19. Hit the nail on the head, a lot of spinal complications make running regularly risky.
