The Dreaded Question...

Discussion in 'Ducati General Discussion' started by T0m, Jun 15, 2021.

  1. MOT is booked for Monday 21st and tyres, though fitted Nov 2019, have covered 300 miles max. :upyeah:

  2. Cheers mate. I saw these and put the high price down to their ability to draw customers in with finance - I have no doubt that the local dealer that were going to give me the sum of £7k, that they likely were going to put it up for not far short of these
    Cheers mate.

I saw these and put the high prices down to their ability to draw customers in with finance - I have no doubt that the local dealer offering me the sum of £7k, that they likely were going to put it up for not far short of these 2

  3. I requested 2 quotes from WBAB, one with the bike's condition of 'Good' and the other of 'Excellent', quotes received were for £4,880 and £5,192, respectively :worried:

  5. They're not worth the hassle... if you don't take them up on it they'll be in touch in a few days offering a higher price. They're knobs.

  6. Don't get disheartened, hold your nerve on pricing and consider a commission sale if storage is the critical factor.

  7. Thanks mate
Thanks for helping lift my jaw from the floor!

  8. All they are is book value. Dealer will offer same or less in px, may be more of what you’re buying has a few quid incentive in it. It’s also what an insurance payout would be, or thereabouts

  9. Cool, thanks for clarifying
