Yes, but not forgetting that total includes suicides (by drivers and pedestrians), others killed by suicides, murders by vehicle, and those who die in crashes caused by heart attacks, strokes and seizures. There's no knowing how many those comprise but it must be quite a lot.
Anyone been on a commuter train recently, or a 125 express-wondered about what tests the driver has had to verify his suitability-one of those trains must carry a good few people. One has to place trust in many things these days. A very sad event.
Anyone tried to join the Police........? Well....it is a public service (apparently).........and still some low-lifes get in..... ......so why isn't the air commerce and the scrutiny of the pilots the same.......??
