A bit strong with the comparison, I’m the only dissatisfied customer that I’ve found. As a new start late last year, the pandemic has had two opposite effects for the company. Home brewing became a national pastime overnight so demand exceeded supply and suppliers were unable to step up to meet demand. What tipped me over the balance point was being expected to jump through the same hoops every time I had contact with a different customer service person. At the end of the day, replacing parts was their solution and they have failed to deliver. Shame because it is a brilliant idea. Andy
