I've had numerous pairs of sidi boots without issue including the corsa's but avoided these due to the over complex fastening mechanism, decided to get some supertech R's but a bust ankle last year made me realise they aren't that good in terms of protection, back to sidis for me
I had Sidi's on and broke both legs at the lower shin area. One was an open fracture. They pulled one boot off, boy, did it hurt. The other was cut and then pulled. hurt just as much
Fractured my ankle in four places whilst wearing my Sidis. My theory is it would/could have been a lot worse in a lesser boot
