Im kinda thinking that, or maybe a cheaper well set up smt. then again, maybe a naked with some aftermarket bits to add when I go touring...... The permutations are endless. think I need to take a multi out on demo again, just need a break in the weather and on a weekend
Been there twice, as comfy as they are for a sportsbike it's still not 'sit up' enough for me on road duties.
I took a hyperstrada out on Friday for a test ride. I was very impressed with it. I found the seat and postition very comfy. It will handle different to the R1, more like a big trial bike, but still fun. You get all the gizmos on the bike, abs,tc for a safe ride. Its a nice light bike which loves the a and b roads. Give it a try, the 821cc is all you need in the UK with the "throw you in jail" mentality for being a bit lapse with speed
