The Return Of The "motorbike Motorbike"

Triumph seem to have knocked it out the part with this. Looking forward to an R version in the future.

 

Did they buy the new twin??

 

I'm having a test ride on the new Enfield Interceptor not really interested in buying one until they have been around for a year or two be interested to compare it to my Enfield Constellation

 

I really don’t know - it was new and like one he’d ridden round India on which he loved but like a holiday romance the reality was pretty dire

The 650 twin looks much more promising.

 

I was examining the 650 Interceptor closely at a dealership in India yesterday.
I had actually gone to the dealership to discuss a potential purchase of the Himalayan. When I saw the Interceptor on display my first impressions were that it looked 'right', closer inspection confirmed what I had heard reported The build quality was excellent and it got a 10 out of 10 from me.
Some friends were at a launch late last year and reported it sounded superb. I'm tempted to but one myself but the Himalayan is better suited to the sort of riding I do here in India.
I did take a photo but the sun was shining too brightly so it's not doing the bike justice.
