The silly season begins - Crutchlow's crisis

  1. It says here that Casey died in 1900. He won't be back.

  2. With BT owning rights to motogp and their biggest seller will be football......!!

Not many will watch motogp next year which is not good for british riders

A man from spain will be on Cal's bike next year

  3. Long shot................cal crutclow sponsored by BT?

  4. If he wore a football kit then yes mate!

I can't see any motogp being shown live! always at least 3 prem bollocks match's going on every sunday.

  5. BT have the motogp but it will be screened on sky , although there will be a £15 a month cost , I spent about 40 minutes talking to sky last weekend and the general thinking , from them , was that BT were using a sky platform ? and that you would only have to pay the extra for it . I have sky internet , sky telephone and a sky package . According to them I can keep it as is and just add BT. So I for one will definitely not be missing anything .

  6. I'll be streaming live on t'internet for nowt...

  7. From where, please tell.

  8. Dunno yet, but there's plenty of options. I'll start looking around February...

  9. but do you watch girlball or rugby. Cause if not you're paying £15 a month just to watch motogp. No ta. I love the sport but I'm not forking out £180 a year to watch it!( presuming its a year contract)

  10. Trouble I find with free online streaming is first a site that last more than 5 mins before it freezes or drops off and 2nd finding asite that doesn't freeze or drop off in 5 mins

  11. Wouldn't surprise me if BT Sport bring out an online player same as Eurosport player. That only costs 3 quid a month. All may not be lost just yet.

  12. A proper Motogp subscription all singing all dancing video pass is actually cheaper than paying £15 / month IF it is a 12 month contract - https://secure.motogp.com/en/Subscribe

if however you can switch it on at the first race and off on the last it'll work out better going the Bt route.

either way I'm with Figaro on this, ill be streaming or downloading torrents and watching the following day as I'm sure many will.

i just find it piss poor to be honest, maybe not for everybody else but I've literally only just tried reducing my sky bill by binning all sky sports etc as they just keep creaping up the price, my broadband went up so to get that back down I had to commit for another 12 months.

I just can't warrant paying £15 a month for 2 maximum viewings of Motogp, that's pay per view money and I think it's well over priced.

still each to they're own, I'd rather use that £15 and put it towards BSB tickets at the rounds I can make, at least that keeps some money in a series not owned by Dorna :)

  13. +1 on that, we have base plus HD and thats only so I can watch bikes on Eurosport. Hundred notes a month was ridiculous although I do miss the football...

  14. +2
    im with stoopid :p

  15. Part of the problem with online players for me is that I play football on a Sunday afternoon. What I usually do is record the racing (depending where we play I can sometimes see the Moto3 before I head out) - and watch it on a Monday night. If I have to stream I won't be able to do that, and I won't be paying another £15 a month to Sky.

  16. Yeah £15 a month does grind a bit but the season is only, usually , 7 maybe 8 month so that brings it down to £105 / £120 but I have looked again online and its advertised at £12 a month so maybe £84 / £96 for the season . Spend more than that on a night out. But everyone to there own.

  17. So now CS is gone.

who is currently the grids biggest moaner? Here are some typical GP rider comments

    Complaining about tyres
how his factory or team have to do better.
    bike not fast enough
    poor rear traction.
    brakes not working well.
    people slip streaming.
    chatter.
    Toothpaste is the wrong brand
    contract gripes.
    team mate moans

  18. they all moan mate, its just that if they do it in some kind of European accent (Spanish/Italian) then apparently its ok.....mama Mia ;)

  19. Stoner was the world champion at moaning, no-one can live up to his standard. Currently it's Crutchlow doing all the grizzling, and he needs to shut it before he finds himself pushed out of motogp by his own attitude. But even he can't out-whinge Stoner. No-one can.

  20. Aawww, I don't know, you do a pretty good job
