So does that mean that if you see a would-be burglar in a stripy shirt, mask and holding a bag marked "swag" and another bag of tools, that you tell him there are police in the area, would you get prosecuted for impeding the impending burglary?
Re 748: it is true that Ducati sportsbikes are not comfortable at legal speeds. They are only just about bearable at 70, incredibly uncomfortable at 50. So you need to get a bike, as others have mentioned, that is fun and comfortable at more reasonable speeds. A Monster will slow you down (air in the face) or possibly the new Hyperstrada. That doesn't look particularly balls-out, or hooligan.
