Will try and organise a resurgence of my Indian Summer Run this year. Some time in September. At it's zenith we had 43 bikes which went surprisingly well, I think damage was limited to one speeding ticket that year.
Yip sounds like the one yes, bad surface but the scenery is breath taking, you know the area very well by the sound of it. Yes that road suited the gs very well lol, cracking day all together, even with my skil level miles below the standards of you guys, I still had a very good day too!
