@ mervyn - lol, sounds like a plan @ timberwolf - there's plenty of photos on the Internet of 1098Rs with stock exhaust and I don't think anyone would downgrade them from the full Termis. Weren't they delivered with both systems and you could pick which one you want?

There is always going to be a last minute scrabble on anything decent.Sometimes for peace of mind it is worth paying the extra and buying from a reputable dealer.
There are a few around. I know a lovely one in Snells and I think Motorapido had at least one. For me, like when I bought my SPS, I'd rather pay a premium and get from delaer than private on exotica like this.
Well guys, the bidding ended at £11,600 and has been re-listed. Don't think i'd let it go at that either.
12k reserve with all those goodies thrown in.... that's a pretty good deal I wonder how much it will sell for.
Bike is now back on ebay for the third time.Bit strange as I thought it sold yesterday evening.The price it went for was £12050 and it had reached the reserve.Very peculiar.
Yes i agree mervyn. If i was the winning bidder i would be a trifle upset now and heading down to his house with a trailer, cash and a bad attitude!
Unless the winning bidder was a mate who ramped the price up in anticipation of more bids following.Or the winning bidder was a no money time waster. At one stage I was very interested in the bike and had been bidding on it-I have decided to look elsewhere for my next bike.
