Track riding tuition suggestions

Discussion in 'Trackdays & Rider Skills' started by Richard, Mar 16, 2012.

  1. Believe Ian Cobby does 1:1 coaching too, there's lots out there

Tbh buy twist of the wrist 2, YouTube CSS, and book a trackday with no limts and try it.

Just have fun, go a bit quicker each time and enjoy learning yours and bikes limits. if you're a new or recent rider CSS makes great sense, no old habits to break, but most i Know have struggled to adapt and practice unless they spend lots of time on track.

Personally I practiced over a year on the road and learned by racing how to ride a track. And that worked for me :)

  2. The CSS tuition is great, it's run safely and their setup is very professional. I would do a day with them, and find a track day provider that you are happy with and use their instructors too. I've used Focussed Events, found them very good - though not everyone would agree, I speak as I find.
    Good luck with it.
