  2. I paid of the final payment on my 848 streetfighter at £4400 and sold it privately for £7200 with 12500 miles on it. It was well looked after but I was pleased to get that for it. As an added bonus, I had a letter from Black Horse a couple of weeks later with a cheque for £1650 as they had failed to tell me that I could pay off the balance at any time during the agreement and therefore were not entitled to keep the interest paid. Awesome result

  3. Useful. I'm currently trying to work out what to do with regards to financing a 899 when they are available again

  4. Got a great PX price for the 848 and i've put a deposit down on a new 1299 with a delivery date early September. :):upyeah:

  5. Will have a pair of slash-cut termi and some carbon (exhaust and heal guards) bits to offload if anybody is interested.

Does anybody know if the 899/109x rear stand fit the 1299?

  6. What, gay you mean :Woot:

  7. I've had my 1199s for a year now and took a look at the TriOptions figures as I'm lusting after the R. Taking into account the gravel rash on the swing arm and one of the Termis I'd have to give the dealer a couple of grand to take the bike! If it was as new then I might get a grand in my pocket and walk away so it makes no sense to cancel a PCP deal after only a year as you'll probably be in negative equity ( or perhaps slight equity as it's a Ducati and the secondhand prices are quite high). I'd fair better selling second hand but would still be similar.
