Balmy, I am also going on 4th from Heysham and staying in Peel. Might bump into each other for a pint?
Me and my mate don't really drink (never have)... We tend to stock up on food and spend more time on the mountain... As much unrestricted riding as possible... Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
I had to laugh. One rider stopped for doing 135mph in a 60mph zone AND one motorist going the wrong way over the mountain. What's funny about that?...Both LOCAL! You can't make it up.
They're about 200 return if you pre book anyway aren't they? I didn't know there were any left otherwise id have been sorely tempted myself.
You don't have to take a bike to enjoy the TT. I have flown over on a couple of occassions . Last flight I got was about £66 return from Gatwick with Flybe, took about an hour, landed- out of the aiport in 5 mins, staight onto a local bus, 20 mins later I was standing on the course watching the racing. The landlady of the Homestay even lent me her car for the duration. I have found the bus service excellent and it's easy to get around the island , Hitch hiking works well too.
currently in the pizza king at the end of the promenade trying to stuff a massive kebab down myself...
That could go any way couldn't it....currently at kirk Michael...met at lad who just built this... nice bloke....and this broke down during practice.... and helped a lad get his clip on tightened back up...and back into practice...
