Reigniting an old post. My cheap assed android tablet seems to have gone out of date within a year as the Tune Ecu app not load on the device any longer. Looked into loading Bluestacks on the wife’s Windows laptop instead. Does the Tune ECU app work using this method? I can’t imagine Mac or Windows will make any difference when using emulators. Can’t bear the thought of buying another shitty tablet for the occasional tinker.
Tune ECU runs on Windows anyway. No need for emulators, just grab the Windows version direct from the TuneECU website.
I’ve got the Tune Ecu app running on Bluestacks tonight so that’s part one done. Just need to hook it up and see if it will connect.
Doesn’t bode well... But I’ll push on and see how I get on. It’s had a lot of updates in the last year.
