Make a custom tune is always the best route, but it requires the wideband sensors (don’t know if TuneBoy supports other kinds or just the innovate one, there are no tuners here in Rome that support TuneBoy AFAIK). Before doing it, I would proceed balancing the throttle bodies entirely (not just the bypass screws) but that’s just my opinion, the tuner will know it better for sure.
