Mine was somewhat tongue in cheek, sorry, it could have been clearer. amusingly my brother is the same, no tv for 15 years+, and lots of fun and games with the 'detectives'.....
they cant do a darn thing unless they witness you watching AND have your name. owning a tv doesnt mean you need a licence.. I have a pint of milk in my fridge but I dont need a cow !!
