  1. What are you talking about?! You said it needs new lock etc...I made comedy comment suggesting its coz you lifted it from an east london corner...how is that snobbing? And you mentioned the 848, oh and that it is crap ;-) You're one of the first to diss others and always on the ask for something, and people help, so how is that snobbing?! Now if I were cranker I'd have just replied 'cock' maybe he has some stuff right...

  13. So an update. Just came back from test ride as had to adjust throttle cables. All now seems to be working.

    Oil leak from inspection cover on horizontal seems to be no more after I changed the seal.

    Speedo is showing something and it is about correct but no idea how correct. Will check with GPS.
    Micky mouse mirrors are as bad as I remember them as in do not work to well and look ****.

    Now 695 apparently has the aptc clutch thing yes? If it does is it normal that setting off from 1st is jerky and very easy to stall as clutch has limited biting point? I need to rev it quite a lot to get going, could be fact I had dry clutch for last 8y.

    Going to do a faster speed run now and some shopping.

    Pete thx again for pick-up much obliged. Next wandsworth meet a beer or burger or both ;)

  14. Good news you have got the bike working so quickly, Lukasz, well done. The next Wandsworth meet (11 December) is the Christmas dinner, with 10 of us booked in the restaurant - so maybe make it January for that beer.

  15. Assumes its all taxed, mot'd and insured then? sounds like you may have got a bargain. Re the clutch yes apparently they all do that sir. I know a few of the racers run the, in their 620s and most struggle getting off the line. My Multi Sigma always needed a few revs to get away
