New sidestand duly fitted today. It looks just the same as the old one. While it was in the workshop, Snells installed new maps. Bike now pulls more smoothly at low revs. In 6th gear it will now run without snatching down to 40 mph, which it wouldn't do before.
Got mine changed today at hyside. They told me mine was the first one in the range they had to change. Mine was a very early bike. They also noticed my gear lever bolt was hanging off, so that was loctited while I was there. Please check yours Took their diavel demo out while I was there. That was fun! Very quick! Looking forward to trying the belt drive version in Jan/Feb.
Had my dealer check mine while it was in today, mine is ok, apparently mines a 2016 model year even though it's on a 15 plate.
