If we focus on that part that's right, nobody is going out the door gazing back fondly. The Ducati Corse management style leaves a lot to be desired. Tardozzi and Corser never got along. I can't really recall anyone leaving the Gp team happily. I hope next year's priority is the communication with riders. I think that they can't succed many things without communication.
