Your creases aren’t from stretching your vinyl was too slack, unless you’d stretched it previously in your first attempt on that side. You did start your application on the high point and not on 1 side first?
yeah I think they were from pulling it up and trying again, i started from the high spot in the middle and worked out, I may redo it tbh
It doesn't look like you've got the RHS (looking from the front) positioned central to the nose centre line and may not have worked outwards from the nose crown, hence the slack and creasing. It is quite difficult to be sure, so maybe use some gentle hair-drier heat to gently pull it away and if you can, attach the vinyl to some greaseproof as you remove it, so as to reduce the likelihood of attracting 'foreign bodies'. That will then give you a better chance of re-attaching the same vinyl panel. If you still have the backing material then even better. You could also try some gentle heat as you re-fit the panel. Don't ask me how I know how this works........
