I was going to order some graphics from them but the postage was double the graphics I was after! They need a UK distributor

They charged me Irish vat at 23% as opposed to Italian vat at 22%. They’ll pay that vat to the Irish Revenue. They may have a similar arrangement with HMRC but if not then they should sell to you ex vat and you’ll have to pay the vat to the courier company they use who will pass it on to HMRC. Just make sure it’s not over £134.99 or you’ll have to pay customs duty as well.

 

Which all adds to up a PITA... or another hit to my wallet.
It is what it is I guess.
