Discussion in 'Trackdays & Rider Skills' started by Android853sp, Jan 27, 2021.

  1. Rules haven’t changed mate much. They’re just not enforced it would seem at all really.

Staff in airports never gave a fuck. And the people at the tunnel don’t really seem to either.

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  2. French border closed again.

Don't think we will be going anywhere till summer time at the earliest

  3. Looking at the latest news, only likely travel across to Europe will be as a conscript...o_O

  8. I might give the first session a miss. Last summer at Donington the Middle Group sighting session was red flagged.

  9. Every track you can imagine, without leaving home.....

  10. When someone rides out of pit lane and crashes at Redgate you know it's going to be a bad day!

  11. I had a few people fall off on sighting Laps last year :joy:

  12. Whatever the UK rules are at the moment. Remember to factor into the equation what is going on in the Destination country.
As an example where I am in Germany. Anyone coming here that is not resident or specifically on buisness faces a 25k fine.

  13. I live in mallorca, to enter Spain you will need a negative test, its rumoured that the tourist season will not start until june, if even then.
At the moment you need a valid reason to enter, probably the same rules apply on mainland Spain.

  14. Thanks for the info :upyeah: I have been closely following both the central government and regional government web sites and yes, following the Prime Minister’s announcement on the 22nd, it doesn’t look good for a lot of events. Andy

  15. I'm booked on Aragon in September. I really hope that goes ahead after my last disastrous trip there.

  16. The central Spanish government’s target is to get 70% of the population vaccinated before opening their borders to non EU visitors. We are hoping for Germany in August and France in September. Our regular trip to Almeria in May I think hasn’t got a hope :( Andy

  17. I changed from Portimao in April because I didn't think it would happen and I've got Brno booked in June which I think will be very doubtful. :worried:

  18. Looks like a good call. Andy
