Stay close. Netflix The lives of a photojournalist, a soccer mom and a homicide detective are disturbed by a terrible event from the past. Christ knows why.
Around the world in 80 days. David Tennant. Not bad at all. Usual high standard of acting from Tennant.
Frontier with Jason Mamoa, would have made an interesting show if they had spent a bit more money on the script and hired actors who actually come from the areas that they are meant to come from. The Scottish accents in it, and they are legion, are to a man and woman, fucking dire and borderline insulting! 2 scabby, lice infested beaver pelts out of five.
On the news last night, the Italian mayor bans fireworks in Naples, the reaction was a fantastic two fingers up from the citizens.
The Tourist. I finished it today. Absolutely fab, great acting, locations, the police constable is a star. Jamie Dorian was excellent. Great dead pan expressions. Everyone must watch it.
The Coen brothers meet Vince Gilligan I haven’t confirmed, but the fact they describe it as series one hopefully means a second series guaranteed?
just finished 'Stay Close' really enjoyed it, also just finished 'Emily in Paris' as a light hearted watch. I'm currently re-watching the last season of Peaky Blinders and will need to do the same for OZARK as both are due back soon, 2 shows that for me stand head and shoulders above other stuff in terms of capturing my interest.
I always hoped they would continue “the Fall “by now with that main actor and Gillian Anderson, but any further series seems to be shelved again for now.
Currently watching the neighbour across the road walking around with her tits out, whilst making a cuppa tea. I would be aroused over this but she’s late 70s and looks like her soul left her body 20 years ago. @Advikaz still would though.
