What Are You Watching......?

We’ve started watching The Lincoln Lawyer series on Netflix. 3 episodes in, and enjoying it so far.

 

Finally got around to watching Snowden.
There's an interesting backstory how Oliver Stone couldn't get funding from the usually sources for this project.
'People shouldn't be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people.'

 

Entertained to sleep by the sound of it.

Horlicks has that effect on me too, never drink it after some pretty serious misadventures.

 

Saw the original MASH film (1969) & Serpico (1973) at the weekend - part of the yearly mini film-fest here. Both restored to 4K standard. Didn't know that Serpico was based on a true life story.

 

I managed a boxed set! called "The Marnow Murders" on Ch 4 with lots of unintended humour in it and bumbling detectives but it served as a good distraction for a bit.

A very British, hanging on in quiet desperation type film.
Worth a watch...

Dark - Sorta Stranger Things for grown ups.
Tracks from the crazy talented Agnes Obel also feature.

 

I watched most of it. First season was mega. I gave up on the last season

 

watching Sons Of Anarchy again. only seen it through once.

 

Love these types ee of dive shows but would never want to do it myself. This has the added bonus of “alien” footage too, on sky history

Just finished watching the England girls win the quarter final of the World Cup.They did well and it was an exciting game to watch.

 

Did they swap shirts on the pitch at the end? Asking for a friend……….
