What Are You Watching......?

  1. Doesn’t interest me either Chris. There was something on about that other nonse, Rolf Harris the other day. I actually find it quite vulgar that tv companies/ actors etc enjoy cashing in on this.

  2. I was/am unsure what the BBC's motivation would be to make the series.
    Arse covering perhaps?

  3. Been enjoying the Detectorists once again... Always new gems to discover in this superb series.
Andy can't turn on the TV, however....:D

  4. Old Dads. Bill Burr movie. Laugh out loud angry dad movie. Brilliant and likely most here would recognise it well….

  5. Oh yeah, we saw that the other day, was very good!

  6. Watched this last week with the wife. Amazing show and proper old english feel to it.

  7. Bodies on Netflix. Real potential, shite ending which has so many holes it could have been made in Switzerland and the usual lazy wrapped-in-15 approach after 8 episodes. Not recommended.

  8. I gave up after 3 episodes, very slow going

  9. You did the right thing.

  10. Never seen it before but had a "binge" on ed stafford last man out over the weekend (great tv) and I was also treated to the episode in US office where Michael meets David Brent and he does his chinese man character.

In my top ten tv moments of all time.

  11. Invincible on Prime. Ok it’s animated but think The Boys in technicolour!

  12. Hunters on Prime. Al Pacino hunts Nazis in 70s NYC. Brilliant.

Gen V. Spinoff from The Boys. Good.

  14. Finally get round to watching John wick 4. Some of the cinematography and accompanying soundtrack was another level. If you like that kind of movie it’s a must watch

  15. Watched Sly, on Netflix last night. Was ok, but not a patch on Arnold, also on Netflix. Sly’s old man was a grade A piece of shit, which has affected Sly all his life.

  16. The Killer.
International hit man goes on revenge spree whilst listening to The Smiths. What's not to like? :D

  17. What platform is that on? Mrs has fallen asleep already, so I’m in complete control!

  18. Netflix I think.

  19. I’m all over that

  20. On the above recommendation I watched Killer. Over two hours of nothing happening. Nothing. Probably 3 min of actual action in whole movie and a plot not exactly enthralling or riveting edge of seat.
