Louisa Durrell raises her four children single-handedly after her husband's death. Following a financial crisis, the family moves to the Greek island of Corfu and tries to adapt to life there.
Heart warming slipper wearing drama with some wonderful views of Corfu.

 

It is good, however, if you sat down to write a series in the style of Guy Richie, this is what you'd come up with. Which does make it a tad predictable/formulaic.
Still worth watching IMO....

 

Leave the world behind on Netflix.

An interesting take on what happens when we lose a few things we take for granted. It starts slowly, but gets better.

 

And it stars the lovely Keely Hawes too!
