The way he depicted Bruce Lee was horrendous but enjoyed the rest with mix of ridiculous and hilarious comedy violence
Watched this last night. More Hollywood formulaic than the first, I agree not as good as the first, but worth a watch.
Landman with Billy Billy Bob Thornton. Gritty look at the pointy end of the oil business in Texas. Excellent so far.
The Way Back (2010) Really enjoyed this gritty (disputed) true story... A bunch of guys escape from a gulag in Siberia and walk 4000 miles to freedom.
It's that time of year with nothing on tv or just repeats, so watched a dvd / body of lies with Decaprio & R.Crowe which was excellent.
Small Things like these, starring Cillian Murphy. Rather dark content dealing with the shameful Magdalene Laundries. The Woman in the Wall is also worth a watch if you want a deeper look. I see now why Father Jack was so frightened of Nuns!
My mother loaned me this one last night, all the footage has been seen before now over the years. I see can't believe it's thirty years ago that he ran out of luck.
Fu'c it i'll have another go, Strike the all new tv series four parter, the first one was a little flat last week but it popped into life last night with the Ex-wife rocking up.
Not a great watcher of TV or any other viewing format normally but saw that a science fantasy program, Atlantis, was starting on terrestrial. What an utter load of tosh and 45 minutes of my life I won’t get back. Andy
Just finished watching the outlaws on BBC, well worth a watch - good binge TV for this time of year while the bikes away. Excited about the 3rd season of Reacher to come out in 2025, so watching 1 and 2 again at the moment then need to find a new series for xmas to binge on
