yes, saw all of that, and watched the clip – you do need to see it really, and what I was getting at, is that they didn't show footage of the heckling in the first part of the show, so we are taking Peter's word for it so far. i'm sure we've both been at many shows where the enjoyment is ruined by heckling, just not sure if this was an overreaction

I like it loads, but like the French version even more, called Astrid et Raphaëlle or Astrid:Murder in Paris in the UK.
Agree with you Chris - the Astrid series is far superior. Unfortunately the Patience series is a poor imitation with far inferior acting.

OK, I was mistaken, though I don't see why you're lost. The original reference was to a story in the Daily Mail, which your response suggested you'd seen.
you replied straight after my post above, which doesn't even mention "The Daily Mail" - i'm not a big fan of the Daily Mail but yes, i remain "lost" on this occasion. I ought to add that i am a big Peter Kay fan, so would be a great shame if he's blotted his copy book.

not only is that a vague reference that in no way confirms anything, it could even mean "yes I saw that (post)" but more importantly, i hadn't even posted that when you replied!! Please, can't you just accept that and we can move on?
I’ve now seen the footage and personally I don’t have an issue with it. I wish more shows would chuck out people who behave like utter planks. I think he just made mileage out of an idiot who didn’t know when to shut up.
