Discovered that the front paddock stand that fits the forks on the 748 doesn't fit the NC29. Solution was to buy a Moto GP steering head paddock stand. Having seen the Pierrebon equivalent at MRs this morning it's a bit on the robust side but hey came with pins to fit the Honda and my Ducati Racing mag alloy 30mm offset triple clamps on the 748. For the 1198 - New tyres - and fuel! Oh, a charger too. For the Monster - Termis. New bars. Bar end mirrors. New tea tray. New tyres. New bulb. Oh, and now a multimeter as it's died....
I have just bought a complete standard original 500 Pantah exhaust system, downpipes, balance pipe and both silencers. They are like hens' teeth nowadays.
I'll bet. Where do you find such a thing? Don't you need a couple more? Or perhaps, a real open Conti system such as I had on my Pantah.
I've got a whole box full of various Pantah exhausts but most of them are rather rubbish looking and/or rusty, and not very standard. Some can be retrieved and used, some not really. A good chrome standard 2 into 2 system for one bike will be really useful.
Some of Sweden's finest bits of metal......... Took a bit of a punt on these as they're not the standard Ducati ones, came with some billet yokes too not strictly usable as is so gonna be a bit of machining & number crunching to make it all fit but should be worth it
