I've just bought a new helmet - mail order from Helmet City.

£300 off! (but only if you have a small bonce)

I'm hoping the red/orange will match my new bike.

 

Purchased full Venture Shield kit, that's gone on without much drama...phew also purchased ergal DP pressure plate and DP carbon fibre open clutch cover and finally radiator and oil cooler stone guards, and that the lot until next year. ££££££££££££££££

 

I've got that helmet, the red/orange is lighter than the red of the 'normal' road bikes

 

Excellent - that's good to hear.

Being a Hayden replica I was hoping and thought it might be lighter than my 996 - coz so is the colour of the D16RR :biggrin:

(apparently so it looks right on TV according to the people I spoke to at the museum in Bologna when I visited)

 

Absolutely right, Thats why not only Ducati's GP bikes but the Ferrari F1 cars are orange aswell.
