    double bubble screen (mine has some sort of cracking on one side from the previous owner, think he lent on it. Looks like a cheap after market double bubble)

  8. I`m running out of tasteful things to buy . I received a full set of titanium engine bolts today I wont say how much £ in case her indoors sees.
     
  9. Storm slip on exhaust (sounds mental)
    New ebc hh pads
    New pistons and seals
    Stainless caliper pinch bolts and nipples for the rear.
    Stainless rear caliper mount bolts in tapered head to match the front ones that are ti.
    Pc3
    Ordered new hoses but sent them back twice and I cant be bothered now.
    Oh and a nice tail tidy

  12. I got a set of (8)clutch friction plates for the 999, £90 from Motorize in GDR,ordered Monday arrived Friday. A Motobatt battery from Busters next day delivery.
    Both seem good for the money. Ebay makes life so easy. Put a S/H Diablo on the back too. Hopefully thats all the bike needs this year.

  14. Won an open clutch cover on the bay last night as well.

    Just need some cans and Renthal bars now and I'm happy for a few weeks.:smile:
     
  15. My 748 has recently had silicone hoses, billet levers, pro grips, charging light ( works great ) carbon heel plates and a fair few stainless nuts and bolts.

  16. I've been there for some years now. But I asked about rear spring options there, and everyone said there were no options. It took a ducati specialist to find them...

  18. Spookily I got this message on my phone just as I was about to test the gears for the first time, and .................................engine turns over like a 2 stroke:upyeah::upyeah:
    Gears are a mix of 999, late 996 and 748R. Needed to change 3 gears though. Tomorrow is the time to see if it will fire up with a home made loom and 748R injection system. Then I might polish it.
