Made orange cake that wouldn't cook despite being in hotter oven than recipe said and being in there for longer. WBA lost again. Went to band practice where guitarist played all afternoon ear-splittingly loud so that I couldn't even hear what I was playing. Arse. On a better note, installed the threshold (is that what you call it?) which my furniture-making friend knocked up for me. It is made of ash, door is oak, but it still looks pretty cool and there is no more draught. Think I'll go to bed with a book.
And my new brakes have just rocked up, forced to buy these as I bought some Ex Team Yamaha Italia forks with out thinking it through and then discovered caliper bolt spacing is 108mm not the 100mm I thought it would be!!!!!!
My parts arrived whilst the forum was down, suffice to say i will be ordering more carbon from you. As soon as it's not cold enough to freeze the proverbials off a brass monkey i'll get them fitted and hope to get some pictures up shortly afterward.
