A 'Constand' rear paddock stand and a satin finish Carbon Fibre Hugger for my Diavel 'Red Corse' Stripe. -LaZ-
A breaker bar, 10mm hex socket bit (can't believe I didn't have one) and some Sugru to fill in the threaded holes where I took the pillion footpegs off.
Not quite... It was squaring quite badly already and I'm away to the NW200 next week and it definitely wasn't going to make that trip and back. And I wasn't getting on with the Supercorsas at all. 1400 miles on the Supercorsas and I couldn't tell what they were doing. 120ish miles on the Power 3s and the bike couldn't be more different. So much better in my view, it was worth doing just to get my confidence in the bike. Supercorsas just weren't for me.
As if by magic... http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f31/new-michelin-pilot-power-3s-9728/index2.html#post159595 Like I say, this pic was taken after crossing town so they were 10 miles old. I'll try to post another one after my evening ride. They are brilliant. I was on roads I'd never ridden with a massively full bag on my back, but they gave me huge confidence to really go for it. So much better than the Supercorsas.
this carbon fuel filler I wonder how many were recently watching this on ebay for me to storm in and work a deal out with the seller whoop whoop

yes it is. I was going to buy one from design corse.co.uk for over 100 quid all in. the buggers advertised it in stock. it never arrived so I called them.."ahh sorry sir its going to be at least 3 weeks" hate it when sites advertise stuff they aint got.. then this turned up and got it for peanuts. its new lol
Finally hoping to solve the ridiculous absence of a gear shift indicator on the 1098. GI Pro DS with plug'n'play loom.
Thanks Phil... Anyone able to tell me the stock setting? Anyone want a 749/999 bracket...Also think it's the same as the 1098/1198?
Just splashed out on service and MOT for my 848 so all ready to go again once tax is sorted. Not quite as exciting as some of the shiney bits that others have purchased but essential all the same although I did push the boat out and buy a new tank protector as well
Exactly same set up I have on my 848 nelson. I wound it all off and out 8 clicks back on, seems to work ok and not too stiff
