What do you pay for comprehensive motorcycle insurance?

Just got my renewal from bennetts. £125.51 found it slightly cheaper elsewhere (about £12) so called them and said it was cheaper and if I took out a new policy with them via topcashback that I would get £20.20 cashback. They wouldn't budge on the quote at all. Wrote on their Facebook page and the comment was removed within seconds.
    Why go on a public forum if you don't want to know what the public think!

    £200 comp for my 2010 848 evo and my 2005 Triumph Daytona 955i. 9 yrs NCB protected with Swinton and I'm 56. I contacted MCE at renewal as I thought they may come up with something good based on their BSB profile. Needless to say I stayed with Swinton.

  7. 37 yr old. 5 years no claims, clean licence, Devon. 1198 and a zzr1100. £1000, with Ducati insurance. Nobody else wanted to know....
     
  8. Ps fortunAtely my previous insurers didn't charge me for cancelling my policy - with 4 months left - when they said they wouldn't touch the 1198. I paid for 12 months, received 8 (losing my 6th year NCB in the process, but the admin charge was only a few pence more than the refund. They kindly agreed to waive the few pennies difference. They're all heart!!!!

  10. £109, 4 years NCB, bike not garaged but 50 years young with Bennets. Swinton wanted nearer £270!!
     
  11. Just renewed mine today, £560 for Comp on a 95 900SS with LOTS of mods, aged 40, clean licenced, garaged, 3 years no claims....





    Ah yes - six wheel policy also including my car and my 400/4. :upyeah:

  13. Yep! It renews tomorrow, waited until today then phoned them asking for a better deal - after 45 mins on the phone got £70 off, which paid for the lid&leathers add-on and the Keysafe policy... quite chuffed!

    4 years NC all mods declared,
    garaged £361 FC.
    Apparently can't protect it until 5 years NC is this true?
