    I poked his eye out

  4. Who? Me? Are you the Major?

  5. Excellent. Personally I don't do flat.

  6. I can't do it anymore at all either. It depresses the hell out of me.

  7. Yes. There is something very uplifting about mountains.

  8. Bransholme. Once the largest council estate in Europe.

  9. Don't do flat either.

This is my back yard, t'other side of the hill to El Toro. Loads of great crags up above Dovestones. (Not my pic BTW)

  13. If we're stooping that low Richard Ashcroft's (the Verve) Mum & even closer to home the ex-wife of a miserable guitarist who was in Simple Minds back in the day live locally to me! :)

  14. I don't think my bikes would take well to that terrain, the Rosso Corsas would struggle a bit for grip... :p

  15. Dovestones, a once beautiful place before man arrived. I must admit, I avoid the place like the plague, rubbish and broken bottles everywhere. I carry on over the isle of skye road into ELTOROLAND. Much nicer walking and funnily enough, far fewer knobheads......

  16. Aww that's nice :)

  17. i bet you say that to all the boys...

  18. OK, if it's like that......

Not far up the main drag from mine: Mick Taylor (ex-John Mayall's Bluesbreakers and the Rolling Stones)

A little further away: Steve Harley (Cockney Rebel) and about the same distance away: Ray Cooper (the bald headed percussionist that backed up Clapton and many many others).

  19. Is that somewhere near the A3, like Richmond?

  20. Nah, Richmond has a Burberry Man (like a Wicker Man but without the animals - they use tradesmen instead).
