A moving performance from Knopfler who seems to be a decent man embracing his later years.

 

Another old Newcastle lad - no guitar- but a class act!

 

You really had to be there. Ferry came on two hours late but amazing!



The concert was in a Greek/ Roman amphitheatre

 

^ said hello to Phil once in Weybridge high street with a mutual friend and merely saw Andy Mackay at a charity bash at "The Venue" which included (i think) Steve Hackett and Judy Tzuke.

I met Steve Hackett's mum at one of his concerts. We had a lovely chat : o )

So were my Sister and Brolaw. They went off to the loo after the end of the performance and missed our chat : o )

 

She's a loon but entertaining. Made her boots out of gaffa tape because she couldn't find any she liked.
