A quality bit of Jock rock ..... Love And Money - Halleluiah Man James Grant .... good singer / songwriter and a very tasteful guitarist he's got what the pros call " Peal " in his playing ..... as in peal of a bell . Many fine Scottish bands , and too many were criminally under-rated .... but NOT Altered Images , nor later Simple Minds for that matter ...... Up until Sons and Fascination I was a big fan , but when Jim Kerr started on that messianic stadium rock thing , it was the end for me . Bongo and The Hedge ..... saving the planet ? .... pass the sick bag please .
^ made me think of:- and a Michael Moorcock/Deep Fix track (untitled 17) that I gave up on trying to find but Frank liked this band so included instead:-
great track, strong D.B. influence clearly audible, enough to remind of "Let's Dance" (here's the other one).
