  2. Are We A Warrior - Ijahman Levi

This is so good, I can't see how, having listened to a lot of roots reggae, I could only discover it 34 years after it was recorded.
Seriously toying the idea of a vinyl acquisition.

  12. Cf the Podium Girls thread.

  13. Steve Hackett - Spectral Mornings - YouTube remember this Loz?

don't know if you will pick up this Edit Loz but as above has almost identical effect on us both it seems only fair to add :- as literally 'shiver up the spine' stuff. Never forget watching S.H. play this live at Hammersmith with plenty of dry ice :)

  14. Chris, the whole album is a masterpiece but that particular track gives me the chills, goosebumps, the works. It's one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever heard.

Yep, I think I remember that one! :upyeah:

  15. That Anthony Phillips album ... it's weird and unaccountable, but I have never heard it. I have no explanation for this odd gap in my collection as it's almost essential listening for any early Genesis fan (or any early Prog fan, for that matter). I will get around to it.

Recently bought Calling All Stations or whatever that later Genesis album is called. A £1 from a charity shop, but over-priced by at least 99p. Still, it's all for charity (and I'm not referring to Tony Banks here).

And for a change of pace ...

I love A Grand Don't Come From Free, it's a work of genius but the earlier album isn't too shabby either. :upyeah:
