I think anyone who appreciates a Ducati can appreciate a record player. Neither are perhaps the most efficient at what they do but both are the cool way to do it
I buy a lot of new releases on vinyl as I didnt get into cd's. The old stuff is making good money now but needs to be 1st issue mint. A lot of quality reissues coming out will probably dent prices a bit. By a record collector guide, a cheap 2/3 year old copy from amazon will give you a clue to any that are valuable. Some 90's Lp's are rare as the market dipped right down then and thats what the new young buyers like. Eg Moby Play sells for £90.
