What To Do With Your Old Vinyl Records ?

  1. Doesn't mean it's not valuable, if it was the first release it's quite possible it's worthwhile holding onto.

  4. I'm going up to the loft in the morning and putting all my 80's crap LP's for sale on here........I will spam the whole forum:mad:.......forget sheds !
    I'v got a "Top loader" album from 1993.......if anyone wants it I will happily pay the postage as well.:)

  5. I defo wouldn't be replacing LPs with worthless low-bit-rate iTunes junk, unless you have a worthless low-quality sound system.
    Either get some good equipment to listen to them, or as has been said, get rid. Life is too short to just hang on to loads of stuff from your previous existence. Having said that, I've got all my LPs and don't intend getting rid of them. But then I've got a Linn to play them on and the rest of the system is perfectly decent too. Every once in a while I give one a whirl.
    The sound can be better than a CD - but it depends on the pressing of the vinyl and how scratchy it might have become.
