  3. A few fish people on here.

    Still feeling a bit off colour, but first ‘proper’ cooking for a while. Chicken, mushroom, chorizo in homemade tomato sauce with penne pasta

  4. Venison meatballs, mashed potato, carrot and sweetcorn with semi-homemade gravy (it's Bisto Best but I also add some of the juices, bits and dripping from the tupperware containing the dog's roast beef joint). So, in a way, it's quite literally a bit of a dog's dinner!

  7. Full Sunday roast chicken with all the veg and a drop of red, followed by apple(home grown) and blackberry(wild picked) crumble.

  8. My dad who is 99 and doesn't like to waste much has made pudding, so tonight we've had leftover Yorkshire pudding and custard it was surprisingly ok.

  11. Beans on doorstep-cut buttered toast with loads of the new chili dynamite marmite, with a bucket of Parmesan/Red Leicester cheese and an egg on top. Food of the Gods…

  14. Got taken down the pub, had deep fried tofu in Gochujan with pak choi, smoked mushrooms, cashew nuts and rice noodles, all washed down with Badger's Forum. Afters was a sticky toffee pudding. I'll probably snore tonight ....... from both ends :joy: Andy

    Halloumi with Chickpeas, spinach, peppers, shallots in a chilli, garlic and cracked pepper sauce.

    Very tasty. :)

  20. Try marinading the meat in garlic, black molasses and chilli for 24 hours before you cook it, stunning.
