The back seems to be slowly recovering with my first day back to work in three weeks, some light official duties were undertaken. The Thai food was on top form, I commented on how good the minced chicken dumpling starters were and the owner/ chef gave us a second portion for dessert! Being sat in one position for that length of time was a bit tricky and the walk home was slow.
A leftover special, didn’t have any tinned tomatoes so tin of Heinz baked beans substituted. Freezer mince, Leftover broccoli, cream starting to go sour, turmeric, half a leftover green pepper, Red onions on the turn, you know the story.
Can’t be arsed to cook, so have ordered a chicken kebab. Should still be reasonably healthy, as I’ll bin the pitta and didn’t order chips.
one advantage of cooking for one, I had a full-English breakfast for main meal today as forgot to get chicken out of the freezer anyway.
Another buffet tonight, and tomorrow, and every day for the rest of the week! Back down the gym tomorrow, to get this back under control.
