Haha! Was a smoked cheddar, on sourdough crackers with fruit, and big dollops of this on top…. If you like hot food, it’s exceptional.
My lady who does actually makes a Seville orange and chilli confiture with a touch of ginger. Excellent on a slightly salty mature Lancashire cheese on home made whole meal and walnut bread. I’ll get her to knock up a lemon version. Thanks for the tip .
