Only trouble I have keeping the KTM at 30 is the intake roar. That noise is so addictive

 

Not a bad suck noise with the DVT, JH

 

I'd look for a friend that does then, then you'll hear what I mean.

 

Hi Barry, only just come in on your conversation so I'm assuming it's a Multi 1200S, I just bought a brand new one, I've only ridden it home from the bike shop 60kilometers whilst at the shop the owner went all over riding modes & passengers settings etc so I was pretty excited so got on the bike and rode home in the touring mode I did try to change to the sport mode on the way home but the bike just reverted back to the default touring mode I didn't worry about it at the time just thought I was doing something wrong, anyway I read the manual & tried to change mode again but it just won't happen keeps reverting back to default touring mode which really doesn't worry me as I will probably use touring mode 90% of the time anyway everything else seems ok, have written to bikeshop just waiting a reply ... never owned a Ducati before just praying mines not a lemon ... cheers Ed

 

When you change it, just it accept the mode and change, then when you turn it off it rests when ignition back on again? If it won't change at all, are you holding he button long enough? It's a few seconds.

Got it sorted Barry, didn't read manual correctly was using up & down arrow buttons to try to change mode when in fact I needed to press menu button in succession until I got the desired riding mode then press & hold for 2/3 seconds to confirm... cheers Ed
